Firstly you will need to order a FREE encasement kit, this will be posted to you and will have everything you need in order to complete your order. This kit will then need to be posted back using the returns label, we suggest using a tracked or special delivery method so that your special items are transported safley.

You will then need to browse the site and pick your perfect item along with your desired colour. There will be a box to give any specific instructions or questions you have.

Once ordered your kit will be posted to you the next day. When you post the box back to us we will notify you of its arrival.

Items can take anything from 2-8 weeks to create depending on the design chosen, stock levels, time of year and type of metal ordered.

There are four types of colour textures to choose from. These are:

• Block colours - these give a slight shimmer and glitter can be added for extra sparkle. 
• Crushed synthetic opal - ideal for those who love various colours. The opal is one colour but when it hits the light other colours come shining through. 
• Crushed crystal - the colour remains the same as you see but when it hit the light it shines! 
• Transparent tints - with these you can see your encasement through the colour. 

Items can take 2-8 weeks to be created from receiving your encasements.

This time frame is dependant on stock levels, type of metal ordered (precious metals like gold, white gold and rose gold are custom made and not stocked) as well as the time of year. Special occassions such as Christmas and Mothers Day are particularly busy periods so items can take longer to create.

All my jewellery items are available in mostly Sterling Silver (925) with the exception of a few rings being made using Tungsten or Titanium. Metals are show in descriptions.

Solid Gold, White Gold and Rose Gold are also available in most designs.

I do not use any plated metals in any jewellery pieces.

The colour choices can be found in the drop down menu on the home page. They consist of four different types of colours and there are over 100 to choose from.

I can encase many different items in both the jewellery and decorative items, these are:

- Memorial Ash

- Hair/Fur

- Breastmilk

- Umbilical Cord

- Memorial Soil

- Dried Petals

- Baby Teeth

Your item is covered against manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months from receiving your item. However, this does not cover any damage due to lack of care or signs that the care instructions have not been followed. Repairs can be carried out on the resin part of any item for a small fee if any damage has occurred.

Yes, any encasements not used will come back to you with your finished piece. We always ask for more than we need so that correct pieces can be selected for you item.
